Aeratron Return Policy for Online Orders
Aeratron 30 Day Return Policy: The customer may return the fan without explanation, provided you obtain and include the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Aeratron, and it is shipped, freight or postage paid and insured for its full value. The fan, its accessories and packaging must undamaged and unmodified in any way from new. All products returned must be in ‘as new’ resellable condition, and packed in their original packaging, shipped within 30 days of original purchase. If the fan arrives in a resalable condition we will refund the invoice price less:
- Cost of shipping, handling and insurance.
Note: If the fan or its accessories and packaging are not considered as being in a resalable condition as described above Aeratron will not refund your purchase price in full or part.
Please carefully consider the products you are ordering prior to purchasing. This policy applies only to products sold directly by Aeratron and excludes fans sold elsewhere which are not subject to this 30-day policy. This policy does not replace the standard Aeratron Warranty and customers who have purchased fans from Aeratron resellers should contact the place of purchase for more information.
This policy does not extend beyond the refunding of the purchase price of the fan.
Examples of damages not included in this policy;
- Damages incurred as a loss of use
- Cost of repairing or replacing other property which was damaged if this product does not work properly.
- Other incidental or consequential damages
